Should be discourage as teenagers are still incapable of facing the consequences

Guide those lost children with sex education, not only the consequences faced but also that there are more behind pre-marital sex then just pleasure.

Ban all pornographic materials whatsoever and stop promoting sex as a “cool” thing such as those infamous sex scenes found in every episode of James Bond.
